Outlander has been described as one of the hottest new dramas on television and is billed as the Scottish Game of Thrones. Adapted from the best-selling novels by Diana Gabaldon, the show focuses on a married combat nurse, Claire, from 1945 who is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743.
